We will understand Basic Human Anatomy as well as physiology of breathing and relaxation, and in general foster our interest in the Science of Our Body, Mind and ...Yoga :)
We Create our own Yoga Stories, together as a team using a given set of yoga poses.
We Are Independent, Love to be appreciated (who doesn't :) ) and Recognized for our Successes!
Practical use of Relaxation and Breathing techniques in these times will be driven home deeper.
This age enjoys mindful activities like walking meditations, glitter jar meditation, stacking stones, coloring mandalas that help them feel focused, in-control and calm.
