About the Event
Buddha the enlightened guru said that human minds are often plagued by several crazy , screeching monkeys! Pulling us in all different directions!!
A lesson in Mindful eating, Letting go, Trusting the Self, and techniques to develop the 'observer mindset' from early childhood, can really benefit kids before these habits grow into issues like over or emotional eating, anxiety, fear, low self-esteem..
Well lets not count the negatives.
If we work on these 7 pillars on mindfulness, and get the seed sown in their minds, that the power is always within them! There's no looking back :)
In Class:
We will meditate, salute the sun, wind, earth and waters, play and be silly!
While behind the scenes, we comprehend the 7 pillars of Mindfulness and put them to practice in practical game scenarios!
