Just a Piece of Life invites teens aged 9 - 15 yrs to join our Get Set Go-Yo-Gi program, designed to help them unwind, have fun, and de-stress in a safe and supportive environment. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s more important than ever for teens to have a space where they can let go of the pressure and simply enjoy being themselves. Our program provides a mix of yoga, games, and relaxation techniques to help teens navigate the challenges of growing up. With a focus on self-expression and mindfulness, taking responsibility of our health & well-being, our classes offer a positive and inclusive space for young people to connect with themselves and others.
